SENIOR CONSULTANT

Emmanuel Caron began his career within the Danone group in sales and human resources positions, before taking the responsability for recruitment and executives management for the whole group. Then he was successively HRD of l'Oréal Hairstyle, of Lever-Fabergé at Unilever, of the Etam group and Ikea.

He was previously director of the FMCG and retail practice within an international executive search company.

He joined Intersearch France to handle recruitment assignments for top and seniors executives within the FMCG, luxury and retail sectors.

He is graduate in law and has a human resources master from Paris-Dauphine university.
